Цифровые платы управления SIMODRIVE 611 используются в комбинации с трехфазными серводвигателями SIMODRIVE 1FT6/1FK и линейными двигателями 1FN для приводов подачи и двигателями 1PM/1PH/1FE1 для приводов главного движения.

Платы управления обрабатывают встроенный в двигатели 1FT6/1FK или 1PM/1PH датчик с sin/cos 1 VPP. Таким образом. может быть получено до 4,2 миллионов инкрементов/оборот двигателя в качестве разрешения контура измерения.

Для двигателей 1FN1 необходима инкрементальная измерительная система или измерительная система с абсолютной кодировкой с интерфейсом EnDat для регистрации позиции, фактического значения скорости и положения полюса.

Сгенерированные сигналы для скорости и фактического значения положения обрабатываются через цифровую шину привода в сервообласти SINUMERIK.

У плат управления с функцией »Прямая регистрация положения« дополнительно может быть подключена прямая измерительная система (DMS). Таким образом, могут обрабатываться инкрементальные датчики с sinus-cosinus-образными сигналами напряжения.

Платы управления с цифровым интерфейсом заданного значения по аппартаным свойствам в комбинации с управлением Performance могут использоваться универсально как привод подачи или главного движения. ПО с алгоритмами управления имеется в SINUMERIK 810D/840D/840C. При включении СЧПУ и приводов ПО загружается в цифровые платы управления. При вводе в эксплуатацию через конфигурацию привода определяется, идет ли речь о приводе подачи или приводе главного движения.

У плат управления с цифровым интерфейсом заданного значения можно выбирать между стандартным управлением и высокопроизводительным управлением Performance.

Оба варианта используют идентичный интерфейс приводов и одно микропрограммное обеспечение с идентичными алгоритмами управления.
